What's it all about?

Bare Greens is a new business located in the Southern Highlands of NSW. We are using Zipgrow vertical towers combined with aquaponics. We are aiming to produce a great variety of the freshest herbs and greens you have ever seen. We promote live sale where the produce comes to you still living and have the technology to bring it to you at markets, at restaurants and even at home. Although we do not use chemicals, we are not certified organic as aquaponics just cannot be certified yet but will work towards certification once available.
